New Zealand domestic shipping
Domestic shipping is provided free of charge. We use Courier Post with insurance, door to door tracking and signature on delivery.
International shipping
International shipping is by DHL with insurance, door to door tracking and signature on delivery. If we are shipping out of New Zealand you will be liable to pay any duty or import taxes for your country. Please check first.
Returns
We hope that you will love our vintage jewel. But if you’re not completely happy and want to return your jewel please contact us within three days of receiving it. Unfortunately refunds are not available to customers outside of New Zealand. To return the jewellery you will need to pay shipping and insurance costs. The jewel (s) must be returned in the same condition that you received it and when received by us we will refund your money less any shipping costs.
